Who am I ? I’m a Purpose and Healing mentor.

I was born in Livingston, Zambia (home of the magnificent Victoria Falls). I now live in Australia (home of the Great Barrier Reef).

Born with a story of body image struggles and low confidence, my Journey has been one of transformation, resilience, and self-discovery. I understand what it’s like to feel frustrated, especially during my 20s and 30s when feminine health challenges and low self-esteem took their toll. But through personal development and a mindset shift, I found my strength-and now, I’m thriving! I can safely say that I am a product of my transformation.

Now, in my mid-life, I’ve honed a powerful approach to self-care, self-love, and healthy lifestyle strategies that have supported me through menopausal symptoms and beyond. These methods have not only boosted my confidence but also my overall well=being.

Driven by my own experiences, I’ve spent nearly a decade studying and developing natural, herbal products for feminine health–products born from my frustration with ineffective solutions.
